Lead acid charging and maintaining process
1) Qualification – Checks battery condition to determine whether the rejuvenation
stage or charge cycle is required.
2) Rejuvenation – Automatic stage for batteries in poor condition. Breaks down low levels
of sulphation using new patented technology. Note: this mode will not recover batteries
with severe levels of sulphation as this is a permanent and irreversible condition.
3) Soft start – Increases your battery life by gently starting to charge the battery until
the battery reaches a set Voltage.
4) Bulk charge – Reduces charging time by delivery maximum charge until the battery
reaches a set Voltage.
5) Absorption – Uses constant Voltage and ensures the battery receives a full charge
without overcharging the battery.
6) Equalisation – Restores full capacity to batteries by removing acid stratification.
7) Analysis – Checks the battery condition to ensure its fully charged.
8) Float – Maintains the battery at 100% charge.
9) Maintenance – Special pulse charge for long-term maintenance to ensure the
battery is in optimal condition.
