APPLICATIONS
On the watch face screen, swipe up to go to the standard list of
apps.
You can scroll through the list of applications by swiping up and
down on the screen or by rotating the wheel button.
Note. Some apps require a connection to the Canyon Life app.
Sports
The app is used to start workouts. Several modes are available:
walking, running, biking, volleyball and others. After selecting a
workout mode, the parameters will start to be recorded. The results
of the workout will be available in the Canyon Life app after the
workout is completed. You can also see your training history in the
app. For accurate calculation of the parameters, be sure to specify
the correct physical data (height, weight and age) in the Canyon
Life settings.
Pulse
when running in Canyon Life, it takes about 30 seconds. You can
set the period and frequency of automatic heart rate measurement
throughout the day in the Canyon Life settings.
Oxygen
The watch can measure blood oxygen saturation level. The
measurement will start when you open the application. When the
measurement is complete, the screen will display the result and the
watch will vibrate (if vibration is on).
WARNING! The watch is not a medical device. The heart rate
monitor data is not a professional medical assessment, but only an
estimate one.
Notifications
The app allows you to view notifications of messages and incoming
calls. The watch displays eight notifications. New notifications
erase old ones. The read notifications are removed from the list.
The list of applications from which the watch will receive
notifications is set up in Canyon Life.

You can measure your heart rate with this app.
The measurement can be activated either by
launching the app or by calling the "Measure
Heart Rate" function in the Canyon Life app on
the "Home" tab in the "Heart Rate" section.
