A: Yes, multiple users on the same Alexa account can control the fan on their Alexa app.
Q: If the QR code for BCS (Barcode Code Setup) is damaged or missing, how do we set up the ceiling fan?
A: Use the UGS (User Guided Setup) to skip the QR code scan and add the device to Alexa App, for UGS, power Source ON, press and hold fan speed 2 & fan speed 3 buttons
for 5 seconds. Wait for the fan light to turn ON at 50% brightness.
