Acoustic alarm indicator (buzzer): The paging desk incorporates a buzzer that generates an acoustic signal when the paging
desk receives an alarm. The acoustic indication is a buzzing sound that lasts 10 seconds and is periodically repeated every 20
seconds.
This acoustic indication may be activated or deactivated through the configuration software.
If the acoustic indication is activated, it sounds each time an alarm is received.
The alarms may be silenced. To accomplish this:
Select the alarms tab ( ) using the  or  keys.

Use the / navigation keys to select one of the alarms and press OK.

Using the / keys, select the MUTE BUZZER option.

If the installation does not have a

figure 2, number 3).

redundant power supply, use the PA
Manager
