At our discretion, we shall remove all defects, which refer to the material
or manufacturing defects by repairing or exchanging the device free of
charge. Parts that have undergone wear and tear as well as damages
due to improper treatment/handling are exempted from the warranty.
The warranty expires for interventions that were not performed by autho-
rized service partners, as well as while using replacement parts that are
not from ERKA. With proper care, there can be a usage far beyond the
warranty period.
