WARNING! When using battery gardening
appliances, basic safety precautions must
always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and serious injury, including the

1. FOR ALL APPLIANCES

Avoid dangerous environment. Don't use
appliances in damp or wet locations.

Keep children away. All visitors should be
kept at a distance from work area.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose

Store idle appliances indoors. When not in
use, appliances should be stored indoors
in a dry, and high or locked-up place, out
of reach of children.

Check damaged parts. Before further use
of the appliance, a guard or other part that
is damaged should be carefully checked
to determine that it will operate properly
and perform its intended function. Check

Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all
parts of body away from openings and
moving parts.
g)
Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
h)
Do not use to pick up flammable or
combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or
use in areas where they may be present.
3. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
a)
Refer to them frequently and use them
to instruct others who may use this tool.
If someone borrows this tool, make sure
they have these instructions.
b)
Use only identical replacement parts.
