Preset Position Setup
Set desired preset position using the left and right arrow keys on the
remote control. Press and hold the Mem1 key until the white key stops
flashing. Repeat using Mem2 for second desired preset position.
To move the TV to a preset position, simply press the desired Mem key.
To clear preset positions, move TV to the home position. Press and hold the
appropriate Mem key until the white key stops flashing.
NOTE: The mount can be positioned manually by pressing the desired arrow
key. To extend the mount straight out, press and hold the white key and
at the same time.
Troubleshooting
The automated mount does not respond to remote control commands:
1. Possible cause: The AC end or the power cord may be unplugged from the wall outlet. Check the connection to the outlet.
2. Possible cause: The DC end of the power cord may be disconnected from the mount. Check the connection to the mount.
3. Possible cause: IR jack may be loose or disconnected from the mount. Check the connection to the mount.
Possible cause: The IR receiver head [38] may be poorly located and unable to receive the IR signal from the remote control [34]. Relocate the IR receiver

head. You should see a green light on the IR receiver head when a remote control key is depressed.
5. Possible cause: The batteries in the remote control [34] may be bad. Replace the batteries.
6. Possible cause: A foreign object may be impeding the movement of the TV. Check to see if a foreign object is impeding the TV from moving. If so, remove
or relocate the foreign object.
TV stops moving in the middle of operation:
1. Possible cause: Check to see if a foreign object is impeding the TV from moving. If so, remove or relocate the foreign object.
2. Possible cause: The weight of the TV may exceed the maximum weight limitation of the mounting system. Be sure your TV does not exceed 110 lbs (50 kg).
