10. WARNINGS

• The lift is a device that allows you to make short transfers of a patient with movement diffi-
culties such as from a bed to a wheelchair or a comfortable chair or vice versa. The lift must
not be used for patient transport.
• When lifting the person, make sure that the rear wheel brakes are locked.
• When transferring, avoid driving over obstacles that could cause you to tip over.
WARNING!
Always check the good condition of the harnesses.
Do not use slings that show signs of damage or wear.
The Muevo Home patient lift is not intended for use in direct contact with liquids,
therefore pay particular attention to the protection of the on-board electronic
equipment from jets of water or other liquids.

11. CLEANING

To clean the cradle and the structure use a solution of alcohol and neutral soap (in equal parts)
mixed with water.

12. MAINTEINANCE

• It is extremely important to check the lift before each use.
• More specifically, please check that all screws and bolts are well tightened.
• Please, check the lift can move freely with the wheels unlocked by the brakes.
• Check the rear wheel brakes function correctly.
• The mechanical parts must be lubricated with a drop of oil in order to help smoothness
and wear resistance.
• Lubricate as above indicator every two or three months.
