Serious injuries caused by parts swirling around.
• When cleaning with compressed air, wear suitable protective clothing, in particular safety
goggles.
1 Clean the iCAT ABIROB
2 Unscrew threaded sleeve (9) and pull it off together with threaded
sleeve (1).
3 Turn the cover ring (2) to the right as far as it will go and remove it.
4 Check the O-ring (3) for wear and replace it if necessary.
5 Clean the bores of the set screws (4) with compressed air.
6 Check the set screws (4) for wear and replace them if necessary.
7 Grease the O-ring (3) with sealing grease (included in the scope of delivery).
8 Remove screw (6), washer (7) and fastening screw (8) and clean them together with
compressed air.
9 Blow compressed air through the bores.
10Mount fastening screw (8), washer (7) and Remove screw (6) again.
11 Mount set screws (4), O-ring (3), cover ring (2), threaded sleeve (9) and threaded
sleeve (1).
