Check the following before operation:

Establish the weight of the load and choose a trolley with sufficient capacity to lift the load safely.
̇
Locate the centre of gravity of the load or machine, to find the safest suitable lifting point.
Ensure, that:
̇
the trolley is standing on a firm and level surface.
̇
the base of the trolley body is in full contact with the floor surface
During lifting always ensure that the load is secure. If the load begins to tilt, lower onto chocks, move the trolley towards
the centre of gravity and recommence lifting.
On loads with high centres of gravity always use 4 trolleys together.
Attention: Danger of injury
̇
Never lower a load directly onto the trolleys wing a crane or similar overhead lifting device.
î Break of and / or destruction of the trolley will be the consequence!
̇
Never use the trolleys on a slope
̇
Never position the trolleys under sheet steel frame, a sheet steel panel or other points of lifting, with
are not rigid enough to support the weight of the load!
Always consult the manufacturer about suitable jacking points.

Grease the cylinder slides regularly (hydraulic oil HLP46)
