OPERATING AND REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS NO.12/09 FOR GKS-PERFEKT
TRANSPORT TROLLEYS TYPE F,L,RL,RLZ,TL,HF AND HL
No guarantee or liability can be assumed for personal injury or damage to property resulting
from one or more of the following causes:
̇
Failure to observe the operating instructions.
̇
Unauthorised constructional alterations
̇
Failure to maintain parts which are subject to wear
̇
Incorrect repairs
̇
Use of the transport and steering trolleys for any use other than that for which they are
intended.
For machines with frame structures or feet which do not permit three-point support we
recommend our tandem steering trolleys with four-point support.
For difficult surfaces we recommend our trolleys with hydraulic roller balancing system to
compensate for ground unevenness of approx. ± 20 mm thereby avoiding excess loads on
individual rollers.
For confined spaces we recommend our rotation trolleys. Heavy loads can be rotated by 360°
around their own axis.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR TROLLEYS WITH LIFTING CYLINDER
Always chock the machine during and after lifting to stabilise the load!
Never work under the load during lifting,
always chock the load securely before working on the load!
Never touch the moving parts of the hydraulic cylinder
during lifting and lowering procedure.
Simultaneous use of 3 or more trolleys is permitted only to inch and when the concurrent
operation is always chock the load
If this does not happen the load is unbalanced and can tip over.
All hand pumps are equipped with an integrated safety valve, which only works when the
load is lifted up. The internal working pressure will be limited to 210 / 420 / 520 bar.
Thereby the maximum load will be respectively limited to the licensed value.
It is impossible to lift up loads greater than on the type plate allowed.
Basically it is not permitted to overload the trolleys. It is not permissible to drop of the load
above the loading capacity of the hydraulic cylinder.
