Valve fine adjustment

1.) Adjustment of the valve on the right-hand side: At first, bring the lever at the drawbar to the
lowermost position (lifting) and unscrew the adjustment screw from the valve. The same is fixed by a
locking nut seated on the adjustment screw. Now, it should be possible to pump up the platform floor
truck. Now you can set the lifting procedure by fine adjusting the valve.
2.) Bring the lever at the drawbar to the centre position (neutral) and slowly screw in the adjustment screw until
the platform floor truck does not lower and does not lift either. Fix this point by using the nut.

Hydraulic oil

The oil pump requires approx. 400ml hydraulic oil. The standard quality oil should be used between +5 and
+40°C and the special low-temperature oil should be used at ambient temperatures between – 35 and +5°C.
