Getting to know your Minute Grill
■
Model (ref. 1325)
equipped with a three-
position thermostat
The thermostat on your Minute
Grill can be set to the right
temperature for the food
to be cooked :
1 - «Low» to keep food hot
2 - «Warm» to gently grill fish,
poultry, vegetables, etc...
3 - «Hot» to seal meat and keep
all the juices in ; dual-grill and
frozen foods (***) position.
Installing your Minute Grill

Before using for the first time
Unpack the appliance and remove
the self-adhesive labels if applicable.
The packaging is recyclable but may
be useful to transport or return your
grill to an approved service centre.
Read the operating instructions and
safety recommendations carefully.
Clean the appliance and accessories
with a damp cloth and dry.

Installing your appliance
Place your Minute Grill on a stable
worktop. Allow air to flow freely
around your appliance. Unwind the
power cord completely.
When using your grill for the first
time, we recommend that you

without a thermostat
The constant temperature is set to
maximum (270 - 300 °C).
switch it on and leave it to stand for
around 15 minutes to eliminate the
«new smell». Switch on (setting the
thermostat to position 3, if
applicable).
A little smoke may be
given off. This is quite normal and
will disappear quickly.

Greasing the plates
When cold, rub the plates lightly
with oil using a soft cloth, then
wipe to remove any excess oil.
