4. Attach leg plates to bottom of each leg column with
1½" bolts. (See Figure 3)

5. Screw foot pads into leg plates. (See Figure 4)

• Regular inspection and maintenance to parts and
fasteners is necessary.
• Tighten all bolts. Inspect tops, legs and all hardware
periodically for wear.
• Replace broken or worn parts immediately or take
equipment out of service until repairs are made.

6. Tighten all hardware. After all parts have been
secured, carefully rotate table to upright position.
