Cleaning and care.

Risk of injury
by switching the tool ON unintentionally.
Before cleaning, pull out the mains plug.
Weekly cleaning (6).
Removing the screw strip.
Press the release knob (2). At the same
time, hold the sliding piece (c) tightly
so that the spring does not press it out.
Remove the sliding piece (c), switching
strip (d), pressure spring (e) and spring
guide (f) from the housing and blow
out with compressed air. Any further
dirt can be removed with a cloth, for
example. Do not use water for clean-
ing, and do not oil or grease.
Assembling the disassembled magazine
holder
Insert the screwdriver bit in the tool
holder of the screwdriver.
Push the cleaned, disassembled maga-
zine housing over the screwdriver bit
and position it as far as the stop on the
spindle collar of the drive machine.
Press the roll (g) outwards and position
the switching strip (d) into the guide in
the middle between the stop and the
roll (g).
Place the pressure spring (e) into the
sliding piece.
Insert the spring guide (f) into the pres-
sure spring (e) as shown in the figure.
Insert the complete assembled compo-
nents in the magazine housing and hold
tightly.
Press back the switching strip (d) on
the outside as far as the stop until it
notches automatically in the magazine
housing. If necessary, press the release
knob (2) to notch the switching
strip (d).
After the switching strip (d) has
notched in the magazine housing, let go
of the sliding piece (c) again.
