enerAl notes on sAfety

This operation manual is applicable for the machine LEB
20.
The machine may only be handled by personnel
who are qualified.

se of the mAchine for PurPoses for
which it is intended
The machine is designed for milling metal and plastic
materials without using water. This machine is a manual
pneumatic tool for processing workpieces made of steel,
aluminium, aluminium alloys, brass, and plastic. It can be
used to prepare welding joins for industrial and trade ap-
plications and for cutting visible edges on installations,
devices, and machines.

All uses other than those described under section
1.2 are regarded as incorrect use and are there-
fore not admissible.

Use oiled compressed air (see also air
quality under section 2.3). Observe nation-
al regulations.

Invert suply hose (ø8mm) through connection nipple and
fix it with hose clamp (available as an accessory).
2.2 t
Aking the mAchine into service
Before connecting the tool to the com-
pressed air supply set the sleeve to the
«OFF» position! The tool may be switched
on only when the attachment have been installed correct-
ly.

Tilt lock forward and press lever on plastic sleeve. Releas-
ing the lever will shut the machine down.

Switch on the tool by turning in the direction of the arrow
to the stop. Turn back to switch off the tool.
Before cutting off the compressed air supply, al-
ways set the machine to the «OFF» position so
that the tool cannot be reactivated inadvertently.
