faces of compressed air transporting

Allow the device to cool down before any main-
tenance work.
Risk of injury and crushing on moving
parts!
Do not operate the device without security equip-
ment being fitted.
Recall that the device will start up automatically
once the minimum pressure is reached. Before
starting maintenance work, ensure that the device
is disconnected from the mains.
Ensure that when switching on (e.g. after main-
tenance work) there are no longer any tools or
loose parts in the electrical equipment.
Danger due to inadequate PPE!
Wear hearing protection.
Wear safety glasses.
Wear a face mask during dust-creating work or if
harmful gases, mists or vapours are produced.
Wear suitable work clothing.
Wear non-slip shoes or boots.
This device is used for the generation of compressed
air for air tools used in a professional sector.

Improper use

Use in the medical sector, in the food industry and
for the filling of breathing air bottles is not permitted.
Special safety instructions
Danger due to device defects!
Maintain the electrical devices and the accesso-
ries carefully. Follow the maintenance instructions.
Check the device before each use for any pos-
sible damage. Before further use, safety devices,
security equipment or easily damaged parts must
be carefully inspected to check they are free from
defects and that they function as intended. A
damaged device can only be used again once it
has been repaired properly.
Check that moving parts operate properly and
do not jam. All parts must be correctly fitted and
fulfil all conditions to ensure the flawless opera-
tion of the electrical device.
Damaged security equipment or parts must be
professionally repaired or replaced by an author-
ised workshop.

tives or accident prevention regulations when
handling compressors and compressed air tools.
Observe the legal regulations for the operation
of plants requiring supervision.
Note that during operation and storage of the
device, escaping condensate and other oper-
ating fluids may contaminate the environment
and trigger environmental damage.
Take the ambient influences into account.
Intended use
Explosive, combustible or harmful gases must not
be sucked in. Operation in explosive areas is not
permitted.
Any other use is improper.
Improper use, changes to the device or use of parts
that have not been tested and approved by the
manufacturer, can result in unforeseeable damage!
The user is solely responsible for damage
resulting from improper use.
