RICETTA: Pasta per crostata
Utilizzare l'accessorio mescolatore (5)
Ingredienti 300 gr farina - 150gr burro a temperatura ambiente - 150 gr zucchero - 2 uova - scorza limone
grattugiata - 1 pizzico sale - 1 cucchiano caffè di lievito per dolci
Inserire tutti gli ingredienti nell'impastatore ed azionarlo. Al termine della lavorazione togliere l'impasto,
fomare una palla, avvolgerla in carta oleata e lasciarla riposare per 30 minuti in frigorifero. La pasta è pronta
per essere stesa e farcita con la Vostra marmellata preferita.
