nebuliser by turning the upper part (15.3) clockwise.
3. Connect the accessories as indicated in the "Assembly diagram. " Sit comfortably holding
the nebuliser in your hand, place the mouthpiece onto your mouth or alternatively use
the nosepiece, mask or newborn set.
4. Start the device (see its operating instructions). Gently take a deep breath; we recom-
mend holding your breath for an instant to allow the inhaled drops of aerosol to deposit.
Then exhale slowly.
5. Once the process is complete, switch off the device
ATTENTION: If after the therapy session an evident deposit of moisture forms within the
pipe (13), detach the pipe from the nebuliser and dry it with ventilation from the said com-
pressor; this operation prevents possible proliferation of mould inside the pipe.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE "RF6 PLUS" NEBULISER WITH VALVE SYSTEM AND
DUAL VELOCITY FUNCTION.
Thanks to the design of the RF6 Plus interior flask ducts, it has been possible to obtain the
right granulometry, which allows for the treatment to reach even the lower respiratory
tract. RF6 Plus is indicated for the administration of all kinds of medications, even the most
costly, and even to patients with chronic diseases. The effective valve system, combined
with the medication anti-dispersal saving device, allows for high therapeutic efficacy
by maximizing the intake of the medication in the lungs and minimizing its dispersal in
the room. The RF6 Plus is particularly indicated for pediatric use, as the non-spill system
prevents the medicine from being spilt, even by accidental overturning (its efficacy has
been tested up until 5 ml, the maximum medication dose in the most common therapies).
The nebuliser makes it possible to deliver the medication in 2 ways:
CLOSED VALVE-HOLDER
In this case the inhalation
therapy allows the maxi-
mum drug intake and
therefore the maximum
therapeutic effect, mini-
mizing the loss of medi-
cation. This configuration
is to be used with acces-
sories 8 - 10 - 14.
SOFTTOUCH FACE MASKS

material
Dispersion
Limiting Vent
During the inspiratory phase,
the tab, acting as a Dispersion
Limiting Device, bends inwards
towards the mask.
OPEN VALVE-HOLDER
SoftTouch masks have an outer edge made of soft bio-
compatible material that ensures excellent adherence to
the face, and is also equipped with an innovative Disper-
sion Limiting Device. These distinctive elements that dis-
tinguish it allow greater sedimentation of medication in the
patient and also limit dispersion.
