OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
SEAT ADJUSTMENT LXR G4
To adjust the seat of the LXR G4 simply pull the
lever up and move the seat forward or backward
until the optimum adjustment is found. To lock
the seat, just release the lever.
LXU G4
LXU G4 can be used in two ways:
1 - Use the gauntlets to get on the equipment;
2 - Select the desired load;
3 - Support the forearms and elbows on the gauntlet, or hold the heart rate sensor as
shown below;
4 - Start training .
