To start: switch on a hotplate.
Press the Y symbol, the Y indicator lights up. Then press the „ symbol.
Deactivate: Press the „ symbol.**
The hob has a residual heat warning light for each
hotplate to show those which are still hot. Avoid
touching the hotplate when this warning light is on.
Although the hob is switched off, the warning light will
stay lit while the hotplate is hot.
When the pan is removed before the hotplate is
turned off, the s/t indicator and the selected heat
setting will be displayed alternately.

You can switch the hob on and off with the hotplate
controls.
When the hob is switched on, the heat setting display
