2. HOW TO PLAY
This is a multi-play car racing game which can be linked to allow up to 8
players to compete on the same course. (2 or more games linked together.)
When 2 or more players are playing, they compete for ranking position, and in
the case of a single player, the player competes against the computer.
[Game Overview]

The object of the game is to complete a specified number of laps, or to
cover a specified distance in the given time period.
Extra time is awarded at specified points of the lap.
•
Players complete the game by crossing the finish line after completing the
specified number of laps (or by covering the specified distance) within the
given time. If the game has been played by two or more players, the
rankings of all players will be announced at the end of the game.

The game is over if the time period reaches zero before the specified
number of laps (or the specified distance) have been completed.
[To Start a Game]

After establishing the correct credit, each player will first select a course
to drive.
The course is selected by turning the steering wheel and pressing the
accelerator pedal to confirm the selection.
There are three courses, :-'Mountain Course', 'Seaside Course' and
'Theme Park Course'.
Each player will then select a car to drive from a choice of four cars.
The car is selected by turning the steering wheel and pressing the
accelerator pedal to confirm the selection.

After the first player has established credit, there is a 24 second
(adjustable) time period to allow other players to join in before the start of
the game.
•
If no other players join in within the 24 seconds the game will be played
as a single play mode.
•
After the course and car have been selected by all participating players a
picture will be taken of each player and will be displayed above each
players car during the game.
The picture will be taken automatically after 5 seconds but can be taken
immediately by the player pressing the brake pedal.
