To use the Battery Pack
How long will the battery last for recording?
✤ Depends on how often you are likely to use the zoom
feature during recording.
Recharging the Battery Pack
1. Attach the battery pack to the
camcorder.
2. Connect the AC Power
Adapter to a AC cord and
plug the AC cord into a wall
socket.
3. Connect the DC cable to
the camcorder.
4. Turn the power off on the
camcorder, and the recharging
indicator will start flashing,
indicating the battery is
charging.
- Flashing once a second :
the battery is less
than 50% charged.
- Flashing twice a second :
the battery is between
50% ~ 75% charged.
- Flashing three times a second : the battery is
between 75% ~ 100% charged.
- Constantly stays on : Charging is complet.
- On for a second and off for a second : there is an
error and the charger needs to be reset.
5. If recharging is completed, separate the camcorder,
AC power adapter, and battery pack.

Even if the power is turned off, the battery will still
discharged over time if left connected to the camera.
Note: Battery pack may be charged a little at the time of
purchase.
