1 Using Ticket+ Printer Configuration Software

Ticket+ is a printer configuration software that is provided with the printer. The software is used to customize
printer settings and printer formats.

1.1 Running Ticket+

1.2 Connecting the Printer to a Host Computer

To use Ticket+, ensure the printer is connected to a host computer through one of the following methods.
Note: Make sure the PC Mode (in Menu Mode > Printer Setting) is set as Off.
1 Switch on the printer.
2 Connect the printer and the host computer through a USB cable, a RS232 cable or a Ethernet cable.
3 Run Ticket+.
4 Select the appropriate connection interface from
Interface. Selections include USB, COM and Network
Port.
5 If COM is selected, enter the serial settings of the printer
in the pop-up screen. If the printer has Auto
Connection enabled, wait until the pop-up screen
appears. Click SET.
