PREHEATING

STRETCH YOUR CORE MUSCLES
Sit down and bring the soles of your feet together, pointing your knees in opposite
directions. Bring your feet as close as you can to your groin and slowly press your knees
toward the floor. Count to 15.
STRETCH YOUR HAMSTRINGS
Sit with your right leg extended. Place the sole of your other foot on the inside of your right
leg. Come as close as you can to the tip of your foot. Count to 15. Take a moment to stretch
and repeat with your left leg extended.
ROTATE YOUR NECK
Rotate your head to the right, feeling the left side stretch. Then, pull your head back by
pointing your chin toward the ceiling while leaving your mouth open. Rotate your head to
the left and finally point your chin towards your chest.
RAISE YOUR SHOULDERS
Raise your right shoulder pointing towards your ear. Repeat the same movement with
your left shoulder. Perform this action for a few minutes.
STRETCH YOUR CALVES
Lean your body towards the wall and support both hands. Place your right foot forward of
your left foot. Keep your left leg straight and stretch it. Hold for a few minutes and repeat
on the other side for a count of 15.

LEAN TO THE SIDE
Place your arms at your side. Lift them up and stretch your right arm toward the ceiling.
You should feel your body stretch. Repeat the action with your right arm.
TOUCH THE TIP OF YOUR TOES
Lean forward and relax your back and shoulders. Stretch your hands toward your toes. Try
to reach the floor or as far as you can and count to 15.
