Wipe the outside of the appliance with a warm, moist cloth and mild detergent.
Baking tray, rotating basket, air flow racks are dishwasher safe. Also rotisserie kit's shaft and forks except could be washed
in dishwasher after removing the screws. Clean the screws manually with water and dish washing liquid.
Degreasing liquids could be used to remove any remaining dirt.
Clean the inside of the appliance with warm water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Make sure all components are clean and dry before putting the appliance in storage.

Possible cause

Solution
Plug power cord into wall socket.
Set the temperature and time and
check that door is closed.
Use smaller batches for more even
cooking
Raise temperature and continue
cooking
Wipe down to remove excess oil
Clean the rotating basket after each
use
Use fresh, firm potatoes, or frozen
potatoes
Use cut sticks and pat dry to remove
excess starch.
Dry potato sticks properly before
misting oil. Cut potatoes into smaller
sticks, and add a bit more oil.
Fix the door back in place by aligning
the hinges so the joints fall into the
slots.
