14. Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity
(max. 3/4 of the ice cream bowl volume), as
the ice cream will expand during freezing.
15. Always fill the ingredients into the removable
ice cream bowl, but never directly into the
recess of the compressor housing.
16. Do not hold any tools, cutlery or fingers into
the jug while it is operated - Risk of injuries.
17. Only use the appliance when properly
assembled.
18. During operation, the ventilation slots of the
compressor housing as well as of the motor
block must be free and uncovered.
19. Never use the device without the ice cream
bowl!

before usinG the aPPliance

1. Before taking your ice cream maker into
operation for the first time, we recommend
to rinse all removable parts – except the
compressor casing (4) – in warm water.

makinG ice cream

1. Prepare the ingredients for the ice cream as
stated in the recipe. If the ice cream mix-
ture has to be cooked, this should be done
a day in advance so the mixture has time to
cool thoroughly.
2. Refrigerate the prepared ice cream mixture
or the required ingredients to a temperature
of 6-8 °C.
3. Puree fruit just before mixing the ingre-
dients and add pieces of fruit at the end.
4. Use alcohol sparingly and do not add until
the end of the freezing time, because alco-
hol prolongs the time needed for freezing.
5. Place the removable ice cream container
in the space provided in the compressor
housing (4).

20. Do not use the appliance with accessories of
other machines or brands.
21. Do not use any sharp objects to take out
the ice cream. Only use plastic or wooden
spoons or spatulas.
22. Check the plug and power cord regularly for
wear and damage. In case of a fault, please
send the appliance for inspection/repair
to our after sales service (address see last
page). Inadequate repair may constitute a
risk for the user and result in the loss of
guarantee.

2. Wipe the casing and slot for the ice cream
bowl with a damp, well-wrung cloth.
3. Place the appliance on a dry, level work sur-
face.

6. Place the mixer (2) on the shaft in the
middle of the ice cream container.
7. Place the mixer exactly on the upright shaft
on the bottom of the ice cream contai-
ner (3).
8. Fill the refrigerated ingredients into the
removable ice cream container. Make sure
not to exceed the maximum fill level. Do
not fill the ice cream container more than
3/4 full, since ice cream expands during the
freezing process.
9. Place the lid on the ice cream container.
10. Plug the power cord into an electrical out-
let and switch on the appliance with the
POWER button. The display lights up blue
briefly and displays "60:00". The sym-
