Creating a Job on Checker 3G

SensorView Teach Pendant has a step-by-step interface that lets you create, configure,
and run jobs on a Checker
Select Job
Create a new job, load an existing job from
Checker or SensorView.
Set Up Image
Turn Checker lighting on or off, adjust image
brightness.
Select Trigger
Choose internal trigger (Checker self-triiggers
when the part becomes visible) or external
trigger (signal from an external device)
Find My Part
Create or modify the part finding sensor, modify
the search region.
Inspect My Part
Create, position, and configure new sensors
(Presence or Measurement, depending on
Checker personality).
Modify existing sensors, adjust thresholds,
retrain pattern sensors.
Delete existing sensors.

Job Tips:
►To quickly change what images SensorView is displaying, click Main Menu, then click
Display & Record and select the desired options. Your settings will temporarily override
the job settings.
►To reset statistics, click Main Menu, then click Reset Statistics.
Set Up Outputs
Set output line polarity and control the
conditions (part found, part passed, part failed)
under which output line states are changed.
Display and Record
Choose which images to display during Run
mode, and which images to save to Checker for
later analysis.
Run My Job
Save the current job to Checker or SensorView.
Run the current job.
