SET THE HOME TIME AND DATE
The home time (1
time zone) is your local

time.
Important: The red 24-hour indicator is
always set at the outer fixed 24-hour scale,
while the hour hand is set on the dial index
markers. In order for the date to properly

Set the red 24-hour hand

to the current hour on the
outside fixed scale and the
minute-hand to the current
minutes on the dial. Then
push the crown back into
position 2.

move at midnight, the hour hand must inten-
tionally be set to a.m. or p.m. based on the
current time.
Note: Adjustment for daylight savings is done
with the crown in position 3.
Set the current date using

the crown. The red 24-hour

hour hand by rotating the
crown to the current hour
(index marks) a.m. or p.m.

Press the crown against
the case and simultane-
ously turn clockwise until
it is firmly secured.
SET THE SECOND TIME ZONE
If you travel to another time zone (e.g., from
London to Tokyo), set the hour hand to Tokyo
time (e.g., 4:10 p.m.). The red 24-hour hand
remains untouched, so the home time (e.g.,
7:10 a.m. in London) can be read on the outer
fixed scale.

date moves automatically.

SET THE THIRD TIME ZONE
The monopusher can be used to set a third
time zone using the inside rotatable scale
(e.g., New York – 5 hours west from home
time in London).

In the example, the red 24-hour hand shows
New York time on the rotatable inside scale
and home time of London on the fixed outside
scale.
