intervals for up to 12 hours exactly to 1/ 8 second.
the time measured can be read using the seconds,
minutes and hours counters.

Flyback function
the timepiece also has a precise chronograph with
a flyback switch. this flyback mechanism allows
one to quickly start a second time measurement
while one is in progress. that makes it unnecessary
to push the stop, reset and start buttons.
1
While time measurement is
in progress, push the
P2
pusher to reset all the count-
ers to zero. the next time
measurement starts auto-
matically. In order to put all
the counters back to zero
after that, press the
P2
pusher with the chronograph
function stopped.
Tachymeter function
the tachymeter is used to determine speed.
It measures the elapsed time needed to cover a
specific distance. the distance covered must
be known so that the time can be stopped at an
exact time to determine the exact speed.
1
start the tachymeter function
by using the
P1
pusher. the
seconds counter is in motion.
2
to stop measuring time,
press the
P1
pusher again.
the seconds counter stops
immediately.
3
read the average speed
by optical extension of the
