Troubleshooting
7.1
General
Consult the Holmatro dealer if the listed solutions do not give the desired result, or in case of other
problems.
For malfunctions or repair, always specify the model and serial number of the equipment.

Solution
Clean the couplers.
Use the pressure relief tool to release
the pressure. see section 5.4.
Position both couplers properly in line
with each other and press them together
in one smooth action.
Support and guide the male coupler
when disconnecting.
Check the snap ring of the female cou-
pler and clean it.
Have it replaced by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
Hold the hose at the bending restriction
during connecting.
Clean the female coupler with clean run-
ning water.
Dry it and threat the inside of the exter-
nal ring with preservative oil.
Place and remove the dust cap repeat-
edly until the external ring springs back.
Have it replaced by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
