Settings & repairs
If you are having problems picking up or dropping off the load, identify the problem as appropriate:
• Problem depositing the charge
Reminder: To drop the load, the load must rest firmly on the ground at the front (lower the front of the trailer)
before pulling the white trigger to release the latch hooks.
The latch hook goes too far :
Tighten the relevant latch cable by unscrewing the cylinder until the hook returns to the correct position. If
the cylinder adjustment is not sufficient, re-tension the strike cable as explained in the section "replace the
latch cables and casings".

Si vous rencontrez des problèmes pour prendre la charge ou la déposer, identifiez le problème selon les cas :
• Problème pour déposer la charge
Rappel : pour déposer la charge il faut que la charge repose bien sur le sol à l'avant (baisser l'avant de la
remorque) avant d'actionner la gâchette pour libérer les crochets avant.
La gâche va trop loin :
Retendre le câble de gâche concerné en dévissant le barillet (entouré en jaune) jusqu'à ce que la gâche
revienne en bonne position.

If the cylinder adjustment is not sufficient, the strike cable
must be retightened:
1. Place the trailer in a stable upright position
2. Detach the cylinder with the striker not positioned correctly.
To do this, remove the M5 nut with an 8mm wrench.
3. Remove the cable head from the striker.

• Si le réglage au barillet ne suffit pas, il faut retendre le câble
de gâche :
1. Mettre la remorque debout de manière stable
2. Détacher le barillet dont la gâche ne se positionne pas
correctement. Pour cela retirer l'écrou M5 avec une clé 8mm.
3. Retirer la tête de câble de la gâche.

4. Using an Allen wrench, unscrew the trigger screw associated
with the side where the trigger is released. Loosen until the
screw protrudes 2mm from the trigger.

4. Avec une clé Allen, dévisser la vis de gâchette associée au côté
où la gâche est détendue. Desserrer jusqu'à ce que la vis ressorte
de 2mm de la gâchette.

5. With one hand, take the barrel and press the cable head down
so as to crush the spring. Push several times until the cable goes
up into the sheath. You should be able to crush the spring.

de manière à écraser le ressort. Appuyer plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce
que le câble remonte bien dans la gaine. Vous devez pouvoir
écraser le ressort.
