Ensure that the USB cable and connectors
are not damaged, bent, or dented. Check
especially the pins.
When the device is connected to the drive,
a "USB Mode" menu may appear. Select
"Disk Drive" to access data from your device
or select "Charge only" to charge the device
via USB.
You need to enable "Mass Storage Device
(MSD) connect mode" and "Auto connecting
mode" first before connecting the drive and
mobile device using the USB cable.
Both the burning process and disc will fail.
Connect the AC/DC adapter and turn on
the drive. Then press the Eject button to
get the failed disc.
Ensure that the memory card is properly
inserted into the memory card slot.
Use only the supported memory card type:
SD, SDHC, or MMC.
Ensure that both connectors of the USB
cable is properly connected to the USB
ports on the notebook and the drive.
Replace the disc with another.
Detach the sticker/label carefully, ensuring
