Make sure that the foundations are of sufficient size so that the material does
not break out when drilling the fixing holes. For the required dimensions, refer
to the manufacturer's dimensional specifications.
The foundations or brackets should be slightly higher than the surrounding
level and must be level so that the posts can be mounted without distortion.

The dimensions of the drill holes required for safe mounting of the actuator on
the foundation are shown in the drawing of the base plate on page 15.
Lay the mains supply line (230 V) through an empty conduit in the foundation.
Lay the connecting lines (24 V) for accessories through another empty conduit
that is separate from the mains supply line.
