Before starting
x
Before connecting the air hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of SAE10-20 engine oil at the air inlet.
x
Also oiling is necessary every 3 to 4 hours of operation.
x
The use of Teflon thread tape will ensure a proper seal air inlet.
x
Then tighten the air coupler into air tool.
x
Only lubricants recommended by the manufacturer are to be used.
x
Disconnect air supply from air inlet.
x
Insert sockets, adaptor or extension bar. Always use impact sockets and accessories in good
condition that are designed for use with air tools.
x
Release the trigger switch in the case of an interruption to the power supply.
x
This air impact wrench is designed for Right/Left rotating direction
x
Forward and reverse direction is controlled by pushing the button noted. "F" (forward) right
direction (clockwise), tightens regular screw. "R"(reverse) left direction (counterclockwise),
loosens regular screw.
Maintenance Instruction
Air tools require lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing uses compressed
air to power the tool. Because moisture in compressed air will rust the air motor, you must lubricate
the motor daily.
Maintenance

Keep air tools clean and oiled for best and safest performance.
x
Cleaning rags and other flammable waste materials must be kept in a tightly closed metal
container and disposed of in the proper fashion. Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and
grease.

Never force air tools, it will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended
x
Do not carry connected air tool with your finger on the trigger. Be sure switch is in the "OFF"
position when connecting to air supply.
x
This air tool complies with the relevant safety regulations.
x
It does not have any user serviceable parts.
x
Repairs should only be carried out by our authorised service centres.
x
Non compliance with this clause will void any warranty applicable and may expose the user to
personal injury.

Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so the air inlet faces up.
x
Hold the trigger down and put 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil or motor oil SAE10-20 in the air inlet.
Holding the trigger down helps circulate oil in the motor.
x
Connect the tool to air supply, cover the exhaust port with a towel and run for a few seconds.
Warning! Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the exhaust port.
Always direct exhaust port away from people or objects.

Storage

Do not store the unit in a location with high humidity.

Moisture causes rust in the tool and results in a defect.

Before storage and after use, oiled the air impact wrench and after operation, oil the tool and
run it for a short time.
