Part IV: Frequently asked questions
Q: If I switch off the headphones, is noise cancellation also switched off?
A: It's not, it's independent.
Q: My headphones won't charge, turn off or connect, or behave otherwise
strangely.
A: You should always first try plugging them in with the 3.5 mm cable, which
should switch off and reset the BT chipset.
Q: The noise cancellation buzzes and behaves oddly.
A: There's nothing extra between your head and the headphones, is there?
Like a beanie or thick hair or something? Isolation is key to good noise can-
cellation. With time, the earpads will soften and get better adjusted to your
head, which also helps a lot.
Q: When I'm not listening to music and my surroundings are all quiet, the
headphones make a static noise when they're on.
A: Noise cancellation doesn't really know what to do with itself in silence.
The static will go away as soon as there's music or noise. If you're not listening
to music and there's no noise around you that calls for noise cancellation, you
can also take the headphones off.
Q: These are shit!
A: So was your mum.
Q: I don't have any friends.
A: Send us an email at [email protected]. Maybe we can be friends.
