IMPORTANT:

• Repeat blood draw if fluid is clear.
• If it takes longer than 10 SECONDS to obtain a blood sample, and any
sample has been applied to the test strip, discard the test strip and use
a new test strip before proceeding.
Step 4:
Pick the meter up, and touch the end of the test strip
to the blood sample until the reaction site is full.
Immediately remove the meter and test strip from the
blood drop.
DO NOT push the test strip through blood drop and
make contact with skin. This may block off wicking
action into the test strip.
IMPORTANT!
Insert strip

into blood sample,
NOT at an angle.
