The MK325 meter for AdBlue is a measuring transducer with oval gears
emitting pulse trains (two square waves, 90° offset) without display and
power supply, expressly intended for flushing VOLUMES of AUS32.
The fluid flows through a meter with oval gears and makes the latter rotate;
while they rotate, they isolate known volumes of liquid.
The measured volume goes from the inlet to the outlet through sealed mov-
able chambers.
To detect the rotation number of the gears, magnets are installed on them
in accurate positions; an electronic board, installed in a chamber isolated
from that of fluid passage, senses its magnetic field and generates pulses
as output.
This system enables to reduce friction as much as possible and avoid com-
ponents connecting the fluid passage chamber with the signal generation
one.
