Thank you for choosing the LANAFORM elec-
tric hand warmer. Convenient and easy to use,
it will keep you warm for several hours by
charging it in just a few minutes. Furthermore,
you can use it completely safely thanks to its
superior protection.
Finally, the cover of this hot-water bottle
is partially made out of fabric, the fibres of
which are obtained from recycled PET mate-
rial, from plastic bottles.

Always follow these instructions when using
this appliance.
Check that your mains voltage is the same as
that of your device.
This appliance is not intended for use by
people (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by
people lacking experience or knowledge,
unless they are supervised or have been
instructed beforehand on how to use the
appliance by someone responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised to make
sure they do not play with the device.
Do not use accessories other than those rec-
ommended by LANAFORM or accessories
which are not supplied with this device.
The electrical hot water bottle must be used
with the charger supplied in its packaging.
Do not connect or disconnect the plug of the
device with wet hands.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be re-
placed by a special lead or similar lead available
from the supplier or its after-sales department.

Check the electrical hot water bottle regularly.
Do not use this device if the plug is damaged,
if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped on the floor, or if it is damaged or
has fallen into water. In this event, have the
device examined and repaired by the supplier
or its after-sales department.
If it falls into water, unplug it immediately
before retrieving it.
Check that the electrical hot water bottle is
fully sealed before using it.
Do not use the electrical hot water bottle
when it is plugged in.
The hot water bottle must be charged on a
flat surface and not be vertical or sloping.
Do not use this device under a cover or un-
der a cushion. Excessive heat can cause fire,
electrocution or injury.
Take all necessary precautions to avoid burns.
Handle the electrical hot water bottle with
care. The internal temperature may reach in
fact 75°C and 60°C on its surface once charged.
If necessary, you may wait until the temper-
ature drops before using the electrical hot
water bottle.
Please remove the charger and do not use the
electrical hot water bottle if you hear an unu-
sual noise or notice an unusual smell as well
as a leak from the electrical hot water bottle.
To make sure the heat is evenly spread, you
are advised to shake the electrical hot wa-
ter bottle gently after 5-6 minutes when
charging it.
Electrical appliances should never be left
unattended when connected. Unplug it when
you are not using it.
Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.
Always unplug the device after use or before
cleaning it.
Do not insert any object into the electrical hot
water bottle. This could impair its operation.
Do not hit or cut the surface of the hot water
bottle. Do not exert too much pressure on
the electrical hot water bottle when you are
using it as this may cause the device to leak
a leak or damage to it.
Disconnect the electrical hot water bottle
if it overheats.
If the electrical hot water bottle does not
automatically stop charging after 15 min-
utes (the light remains on), disconnect the
charger plug.
Do not move the electrical hot-water bottle
using the charger's power cable.
Before storing the electrical hot water bot-
tle, make sure its temperature has dropped
back down.
Do not crush the electrical hot water bottle by
putting items on top of it once it is been stored.
The electrical hot water bottle is intended for
domestic use only. Do not use it in a hospital en-
vironment or for any kind of medical treatment.
The electrical hot water bottle is not intended
to be used by children.
Do not use the electrical hot water bottle on
people who are sick, on babies or on those
insensitive to heat.
Do not use the electrical hot water bottle to
warm up your feet. You must not walk on the
electrical hot water bottle, crush it or exert
pressure on it.
Do not use the electrical hot water bottle in
a microwave or conventional oven.
Your are advised not to let the electrical hot
water bottle come into direct contact with
your skin.
If, when using the electrical hot water bottle,
you notice unusual red marks appearing on
your skin, or even discomfort or pain, stop
using it for at least an hour. If the problem
persists, do not continue using the hot water
bottle and, if necessary, consult your doctor
immediately.
