Chicken
Empanadas
Ingredients:
•
2 cups white corn flour
•
1 1/2 cups warm water
•
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
•
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•
2 cups seasoned and cooked shredded chicken
Steps:
•
Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a large bowl and knead well with
hands.
•
Form the dough into small balls and set aside for 30 minutes.
•
Roll your dough into discs.
•
Fill the discs with shredded chicken.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with fresh veggies .
