Definitions
The symbols located on the equipment and/or labeling are defined in
this section or in the Symbol Definition Chart. See the Symbol Definition
Chart supplied with the equipment.
SymBOL DEFINITION
To tighten the height adjustment knob and lock the post
position
To loosen the height adjustment knob and unlock the
post position
General warning sign
CAUTION: The loaded rolling stand must
return to a vertical position when tipped
10 degrees. Read the instructions for use
supplied with the rolling stand.
Assembly Instructions
NOTES:
▪ Refer to the illustrations and corresponding instructional steps.
▪ Make sure the following components are included before assembling
the rolling stand: (1) utility basket, (2) basket clips, (1) power cord
wrap with clamp, (1) post assembly, (1) base, (1) screwdriver, and
(1) wrench. If any component is missing, call Stryker customer
service. See the Contact Information section.
STEP INSTRUCTION
Remove the hex head cap screw, lock washer, and flat
washer from the post assembly. Use the wrench if necessary.
Fasten the base to the post assembly using the flat washer,
lock washer, and hex head cap screw. Use the wrench to
tighten the hex head cap screw.
NOTE: Make sure the flat washer is against the base and the
lock washer is between the flat washer and hex head cap
screw.
Install and position each basket clip on the utility basket.
Place the post and base assembly in an upright position.
Remove the height adjustment knob. Install the utility basket
and power cord wrap with clamp on the post assembly.
Install the height adjustment knob. Position the utility basket
and power cord wrap on the post assembly as required.
NOTE: Make sure the utility basket does not obstruct the
labels on the post assembly.
Use the screwdriver to tighten all the pan head machine
screws to secure the basket clips and cord wrap clamp to the
post assembly.
