1. Unscrew locking ring (4) from the bottom of the fan housing
2. Snap both halves of the base together to form a complete circular base, making sure the
cord is enclosed between base (2 & 3).
3. Ensure 4 posts on the base line up with the holes on the bottom of the fan housing.
4. Replace the locking ring by screwing it back onto the bottom of the base.
5. Ensure that the base is adequately secured to the fan to avoid risk of toppling over.
6. Secure power cord (5) to bottom of Base (2 & 3) by routing through tabs on base.
