NOTE: Once the coffee infusion is
finished, the machine automatically
drains the water heating circuit
towards the tray. This ensures that
no traces of water remain in the
heating system. After brewing
a few cups of coffee, it will be
necessary to remove and empty
the waste tray.
PREPARATION OF COFFEE WITH
PAPER SINGLE DOSE (PODS)
Remove the ground coffee filter
from the filter holder (M).
Insert the filter for single-dose bags
(L) into the filter holder.
Then put the single-dose bag in
the filter holder; Make sure that the
paper in the bag does not come
out of the filter holder.
Once loaded, act as explained in
the previous section.
Remove the single-dose filter and
throw away the used bag.
Wash the filter holder and the
single-dose filter (drying it well).
OBTAINING STEAM
Steam is used to froth milk for
cappuccino, and it can also heat
other liquids.
Turn on the appliance by pressing
the start/stop button (G).
Wait for the pilot light (D) to turn blue,
which indicates that the appliance
has reached the correct temperature.
Place a container under the
steam wand.
Select steam outlet with knob (C).
Steam will start to come out.
When you have enough, return the
knob (D) to position 0 and remove
the container.
STAND-BY FUNCTION
In order to save energy, the device
goes into the auto-disconnection
state after a few minutes, if the
user has not performed any action
on it.
To return to normal operation, simply
press the start/stop button (G).
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING
THE APPLIANCE
Turn the appliance off using the on/
off button.
Unplug the appliance from the
mains.
Remove the water from the
water tank.
Clean the appliance.
Cleaning
Disconnect the appliance from the
mains and allow it to cool before
undertaking any cleaning task.
Clean the equipment with a damp
cloth with a few drops of washing
up liquid and then dry.
Do not use solvents, or products
with an acid or base pH such as
bleach, or abrasive products, for
cleaning the appliance.
Do not let water or any other liquid
get into the air vents to avoid
damage to the inner parts of
the appliance.
