Once the "SET" key has been pressed, the display will show the temperature value of the plates existing
at that time, a value that will change, since the plates are in the heating phase, until it reaches the set
temperature. The LED will go out when the temperature is reached.
It takes about 30-35 minutes for the plates to reach the temperature threshold of 250 °C and about
15 minutes for them to reach the threshold of 180°C.
SETTING THE BAKING TIME
The baking time can be set during the plate heating phase. This time can be programmed up to the
threshold of about 10 minutes.
- Press the "TIME" key. The display will show the previously set time value, referring to the last baking
process carried out by the machine and stored in memory.
If the machine is new, the temperature value is the one relating to the final inspection test carrie
out .
- the required baking time is set using the "+" and "-" keys and is shown on the display;
- press the "SET" key to confirm and memorise the set working time.
Once the "SET" key has been pressed, the value of the set time will disappear from the display and
the temperature value of the plates existing at that time will appear. This temperature will continue
to change until the set temperature is reached.
INSERTING THE PRODUCT TO BE BAKED
Once the set temperature has been reached, the plate heating phases ends and the red LED on
the display goes out.
At this point, lift the cover and insert the product to be baked into the small moulds on the baking plate.
Close the cover when the product has been inserted and lock the plates with the closing handle.
Every time you lift the cover, the baking plates lose heat and the temperature decreases; to keep the
working temperature, in a maximum of 5-7 seconds the machine will automatically restart the heating
phase. During the heat recovery phase, the LED comes on and goes off when the required
temperature is reached.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN OPERATING NEAR THE BAKING PLATES BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY HOT.
USE GLOVES OR ADEQUATE MEANS FOR PROTECTING YOUR HANDS FROM POSSIBLE BURNS,
ESPECIALLY WHEN LIFTING AND LOWERING THE COVER TO INSERT THE PRODUCT TO BE
BAKED OR TO REMOVE THE BAKED PRODUCT.
START OF BAKING TIME
Press the "START" key to start the baking time clock. The counting system is in decrement, i.e. it
starts from the set time and decreases until it reaches zero. When it arrives at at least 4 seconds
from the end, the system emits a warning signal to warn that baking has almost finished.
The acoustic signal stops when the clock finishes counting.
REMOVING THE BAKED PRODUCT
Release the plate closure handle and lift the cover. Remove the baked product from the baking plate.
If you want to repeat the baking time (new count) press the "START" key again.
END OF PRODUCTION
When production has finished press the "OFF" key; the plate heating phase finishes and machine
programming is blocked. The three small lines reappear on the display meaning that the machine is
ready to be programmed again.
