The down flow pipe must be fitted at least 20 cm,
underneath the attachment.
Any discharge blockage can be the cause of any bad
odours in the baking chamber or of any steam coming
out of the door.

OVEN USE
Ventilated ovens are an innovatory cooking system
for food, allowing to save considerable time and
energy, without altering food features.
Thanks to the forced hot air system, the oven reaches
the required temperature in a very short time, thus
guaranteeing even cooking results, even under full
load conditions.
The appliance has been designed to cook food in
closed premises and must only be used for this
purpose: any other use must, be avoided and
considered improper & dangerous.
Before starting the cooking process, the oven carries
out a preheating cycle at a temperature 20% higher
than the cooking one
Press T3 in order to switch the oven on. Cooking
chamber temperature appears on D1.
Cooking temperatures vary from a minimum
temperature of 30° up to a maximum of 260°.
The cooking time can be selected from infinite ("....")
to 120 min.
