Normal Time Display
1 . Press A for EL .
2 . Press B to change mode .
3 . Press B to toggle between Normal Time, Chronograph and Time 2 (T2) .
Note: If a Saved Run/Lap Time has been recording, overall sequence will change to Time 1,
Chronograph, Saved Run/Lap Time and Time 2 (T2).
Time/Calendar Setting
1 . From normal time display, press and hold C to enter time setting status .
2 . Press D to increase setting value . Press C to decrease setting value .
3 . Press B to set and advance to next setting value .
4. Setting sequence is: 12/24-hour time, hour, minute, seconds, year, month and date.
5 . Press B to confirm and return to time mode .
Chronograph Mode
1 . From normal time display, press B to enter chronograph mode (ST) .
2 . Press D to start/stop chronograph.
3 . Press and hold C to reset chronograph when it is not running .
4 . Press B to toggle to Time 2 (T2), press B again for Normal Time .
Note: If not stopped, chronograph will continue to run in background to 99 hours 59 minutes and 59
seconds and stop by itself .
Chronograph Mode- Lap Activation
1 . While chronograph is running, press C to take a lap reading . The current laps total time will
show for 5 seconds and then continue to run . New lap time will now be displayed .
2 . Continue pressing C for desired number of laps (20 maximum) . After 20 laps are taken, display
will show as Full .
3 . Press D to stop chronograph .
4 . Press B to access your Lap times . (L-01)

5 . Press B again to toggle to Time 2 and then back to Normal Time .
Note: If no laps are taken, there will be no additional screen of information . (no lap times)
Accssing Lap Times
1 . (L-01) screen .
2. Press D to increase thru laps. Press C to decrease thru laps. Sequence will be laps (L) and
total time (tot) .
3 . Press and hold C to delete all lap information .
4 . Press B to toggle to Time 2 (T2), press B again for Normal Time .
Note: Lap Time information cannot be deleted from this screen, it must be done from the
Chronograph Mode ONLY .
Time 2 (T2) Setting
1 . From Time 2 (T2) display, press and hold C to enter time setting status .
2 . Press D to increase setting value . Press C to decrease setting value .
3 . Press B to set and advance to next setting value .
4. Setting sequence is: Hour, minute
5 . Press B to confirm . Time 2 is now set .

1 . In normal time display, press B twice; month will begin flashing .
2 . Press A to increase digits .
3 . Press B to advance to next setting value .
4. Setting sequence is: date, hour, and minute.
5 . Press B to exit setting mode .
NOTE: At any point in setting mode, press A to exit setting mode and return to normal time
display .
