FOTILE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY FOTILE. THIS
WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL END USER CONSUMER
PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
This warranty applies to the maximum extent not prohibited by law. Some states/provinces do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages or allow limitations on warranties; therefore, the limitations or
exclusions stated above may not apply to Purchaser, solely within those specific provinces. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from state to
state. This limited warranty is, except for consumer purchasers domiciled in the Province of
Quebec, governed by laws of the province in Canada in which the purchaser has purchased the
Product. For consumer purchasers domiciled in the Province of Quebec, this limited warranty is
governed by the laws of Quebec. In the event that any express or implied term of this warranty is
deemed to be void, said term shall be severable from this warranty without invalidating the
enforceability of the remainder of this warranty.
