ELECTRONIC MONITOR.-
START/STOP
– On/Off. Press to
start / finish the exercise.
MODE
– Mode selection. Press the
MODE key to select between P1, P2,
P3, P4, P5 or manual mode. While
you are exercising, press this key to
display the time, distance, speed or all
variables successively.
FORWARD/REVERSE–
the pedaling direction.
TIME
– It controls the length of the
exercis. Press it to increase the
duration of the exercise.

UP -
speed.
DOWN -
the speed.
1. Plug the cord to the power supply
and turn the switch located inside the
motor box to the on position.
2. Press the MODE key to select the
mode P1, P2; P3, P4, P5 or manual
mode (-).
3. Press the START / STOP key to
turn on the appliance.
4. After exercise press the START /
STOP key.
5. Turn the switch located inside the
motor box to the off position and and
unplug the cord from the power
supply.
P1 MODE
Time 10 minutes, initial speed level 1,
level change every 30 seconds (level
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5). After 5 levels the
pedaling
speed rate change.
P2 MODE
Time 10 minutes, initial speed level 2,
level change every 15 seconds (level
2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6). After 5 levels the
pedaling
speed rate change.
It changes
P3 MODE
Time 10 minutes, initial speed level 3,
level change every 20 seconds (level
3 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 11). After 5 levels the
pedaling
speed rate change.
