Slide the bearing (21) onto the axle of the handles, then put the lower handle
rail (26) onto the axle and fix it with D-washer (72), flat washer (62), spring
washer (81) and Allen screw (71). Repeat these steps on the right side.
Place one PVC cover cap (22) on each Allen screw (71).
Place a PVC cover cap (33) on the connection of the lower hand rail and
pedal rail.
