2 - DOORPLATE INSTALLATION

The intercom panel is designed to be installed as a surface screw mount on a flat, vertical surface.
• The intercom panel can be mounted in the chosen location using suitable screws and wall plugs for the
type of surface (the screws and plugs supplied are suitable for solid walls).
• The support mount can also be used to obtain a 30° angle on which the intercom panel can be mounted.
• If the installation needs to be done on an uneven surface, we recommend that a silicone seal be laid down
beforehand to ensure watertightness behind the intercom panel.
• Make provision for a junction box or distribution box near to where the intercom panel will be mounted to
ensure a quick connect electrical connection if the cable is not long enough to reach the monitor directly.
